Orix announced the main visual for this season’s Orix Men selections on the 11th. The visual concept is “natural,” focusing on the authentic appearance of each player. Voting for this season’s Orix Men was held from February 6 to 14, with the results revealed on March 24. Infielder Hirooka Daichi (28) secured a consecutive victory, while the top 10 players and the “Next Orix Men” who missed the top 10 were also announced. This season’s Orix Princess Day will be held at Kyocera Dome Osaka for a total of six games: July 18-20 against Nippon-Ham and July 24-26 against Lotte.
Orix pitcher Yamazaki Soichiro (4th place in Orimen voting) commented: “I was photographed in a comfortable white shirt with a relaxed atmosphere. My hair was styled with a wet look, so I think I come across as a bit more mature. I’m glad people can see us in a ‘natural’, unadorned state.”
